Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

I. General

  • All sales at Pop’s Place are considered final.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where there is an error on our part.
     

II. Order Issues

  • If your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately (in person or by phone for takeout/delivery).

  • We may ask for the incorrect item to be returned before issuing a replacement.
     

III. Food Quality

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, please speak to a manager during your visit.

  • Refunds or credits are granted at management’s discretion.
     

IV. Takeout & Delivery

  • Once food leaves our premises, Pop’s Place is not responsible for issues related to temperature, handling, or storage.

  • For delivery, any issues must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
     

V. Method of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used (cash or credit/debit).

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
