All sales at Pop’s Place are considered final.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where there is an error on our part.
II. Order Issues

If your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately (in person or by phone for takeout/delivery).

We may ask for the incorrect item to be returned before issuing a replacement.
III. Food Quality

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, please speak to a manager during your visit.

Refunds or credits are granted at management’s discretion.
IV. Takeout & Delivery

Once food leaves our premises, Pop’s Place is not responsible for issues related to temperature, handling, or storage.

For delivery, any issues must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
V. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used (cash or credit/debit).

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
